Our onboarding process involves a series of trial runs and soft launches to ensure your store exceeds all expectations.
• First, we’ll finalize the catalog of products for your store matching your brand standards - logos, colors, slogans, etc.

• Next, we knock out the contract and initial invoice including optional payment methods and terms.

• Then we test it out with a few sample orders and while you wait, we’ll move to the next task.

• We’ll run quality control on your store and ensure it meets pre-launch standards.
• Once that’s done, you can announce a soft launch to an exclusive group of people who will provide honest feedback.

• We’ll conduct one last review addressing any final questions or concerns.

• And just like that, it’s time for the grand opening offering credit to employees, family, and friends is a great way to get the word out.
