How long does it take to build a store?
2-4 weeks.
Is there a contract I have to commit to?
We have no term contract to sign. You can close your store anytime with 30 days notice.
Can we change/add products to our store and how much does that cost?
You can make changes anytime. There is no cost to add items to your store.
Can you build micro-sites for special/exclusive offerings?
Yes! New hire gifts are a perfect example of how micro-sites can be used. The possibilities are endless.
Do we have to pay for inventory up front?
No, our stores are all decorate on demand. There are no upfront inventory costs.
What is the minimum order on products?
Most items have a minimum order of 1 unit. Some lower priced items like pens have a larger minimum order size.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship within 7-10 business days (M-F).
What shipping carriers are used to ship product?
We ship using FedEx, UPS and USPS.
What apparel brands can we offer on our store?
We have thousands of garment options from brands like: Adidas Golf, Alternative Apparel, American Apparel, Burnside, Carhartt, Champion, Columbia Sportswear, Dickies, Eddie Bauer, Independent Trading Company, Next Level, Nike Golf, North Face, Ogio, Puma Golf, Spyder, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, Weatherproof, and many more.
What kind of decoration is offered on apparel?
We offer embroidery, Kornit DTG, & heat transfer.
Will I know when someone makes a purchase on my store?
Yes. We can set up your store to email you each time someone makes a purchase. All details will be within the email.
How does the communication work after we place an order?
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed and a shipping confirmation email when the order ships.
Will I see monthly sales reporting from my store?
Yes!
What kind of payment options are there?
We accept Credit Cards, Department Charges, ACH.
Can we provide our employees with a budget to spend when they shop?
Yes. We can provide one-time coupon codes for your employees/customers to use when they check out.
Can I charge my purchase to a department budget?
Yes. We can customize the payment options to suit your specific needs.
Can you invoice my company for an internal purchase?
Yes. Invoicing options are available.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to California.
